Description:

SA Gaels are the only sports club devoted to the playing of Gaelic games within Southern Africa. We are based in the Gauteng region and train twice a week at venues in both Pretoria and Johannesburg. The club, formed in 2010, is comprised of a mix of Irish, South Africans and Expatriate players and currently focuses on the playing of Gaelic Football.

We are looking to expand in to other parts of Southern Africa including Zimbabwe, Botswana and Mozambique.
The SA Gaels are holding a "Blitz" (mini competition) on the weekend of 11th/12th June. The aim of the day is to reach out to those people who find it hard to come regularly to training, but are still interested in supporting the SA Gaels and also to introduce new and curious players to the sport.
So please distribute this as widely as possible and forward the details as they become available.

We are aiming for 4 teams of 8-12 players per team. Obviously the more the merrier!!
So bring friends and family and we can make a great day out of it.

Highlights
- 4 teams Round Robin competition and finals
- Kiddies Gaelic
- Bring and Braai
- Family day
